What each category covers:

• Structural components: posts, runways, crossmembers, arms, base plates, and other load-bearing steel parts.
• Motor and hydraulic components: electric motor, hydraulic power unit, pump, and hydraulic cylinder(s).

2. Remedy

If a part fails because of a defect within its warranty period, Halo Lifts will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace that part after inspection and approval. Repair or replacement is the purchaser's exclusive remedy under this warranty.

3. Labor

This warranty covers parts only. It does not cover labor costs for diagnosing, removing, installing, repairing, or replacing any component.

4. Wear Parts (Not Covered)

Some parts on a lift wear out through normal use, much like brake pads or tires on a car. These parts are consumable and will need periodic inspection and replacement as part of routine maintenance. Because their lifespan depends on how often and how heavily the lift is used, they are not covered by this warranty.

Wear Part

Why It Wears

What to Watch For

Lifting cables

Flex repeatedly over pulleys with every lift cycle

Fraying, broken strands, kinks, rust, or stretching

Hydraulic hoses

Exposed to pressure cycles, heat, and abrasion

Cracks, bulges, leaks, or chafed outer covering

Nylon post sliders

Slide against the posts each time the lift moves

Uneven wear, cracking, or excessive play in the carriage

This list includes but is not limited to the items above.

Important: Worn cables, hoses, and sliders affect the safe operation of your lift. Inspect them regularly and replace them at the first sign of wear. Do not operate a lift with damaged wear parts.

5. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
