  • You will need to have a forklift, a high-capacity hoist, or a tractor in your facility to unload the Lifts from the Freight Truck
  • The most popular 2-post lifts (with 9,000 lb and 10,000 lb capacity) have a shipping weight of approximately 1,400 lbs and 1,900 lbs, respectively. 
  • Given the packaged lift and hydraulic power unit’s weight, they cannot be unloaded from the trailer by hand. Simply put, IT IS MANDATORY TO USE A SUITABLE FORKLIFT OR HOIST FOR UNLOADING THE LIFT.
  • You are solely responsible for unloading your equipment from the truck. The truck driver cannot do this for you.
  • We use trustworthy freight companies to make the deliveries. It is your responsibility to be present on the scheduled date and time of the delivery.
  • There will be a receiver charge of $135 if the truck driver arrives at the designated location and the customer does not have the necessary means ready to unload the lift.
  • In case you do not have the necessary equipment to unload the equipment do not worry. We offers other delivery options such as a local pick up or shipping directly to a professional installer.

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE YOUR AUTO EQUIPMENT HAS SHIPPED. Orders canceled after payment is processed but before shipment, will be charged a 5% cancellation fee of the total invoice.

If a product is shipped and purchaser/customer refuses product then customer/purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs both ways and a 30% restock fee.  

We do not accept returns once a customer has received and signed for a shipment.  Pictures on site are for display purposes only and may not represent exact design of equipment.  

Customer is responsible for all charges associated with returning equipment, including but no limited to fork lift or loading equipment needed to put product on freight truck, costs associated with returning equipment to authorized freight terminal, packaging equipment in a manner sufficient for shipping on freight truck.  

There is no compensation for cost of time or packaging materials needed to return product.

CANCELLATIONSIf you cancel your order before it has shipped via LTL, you, the customer are responsible for a 5% cancellation fee.
